In 1997 we implemented a step change in providing outsourced services by the introduction of our Core Team business model. This is a multidiscipline team who are permanently assigned to support a single client across a range of continuous project activities. Based in the RDS offices these teams draw from local peer support and specialist expertise from teams such as geomechanics, production chemistry, petrophysics and formation evaluation. Our longest serving Core Team has operated continuously for over 12 years. The model is exceptionally flexible and has delivered huge value to clients ranging from small cap start ups to super majors.
